Went Shootin' Today

Today Dustin and I took his Glock 22 handgun and Mossburg shotgun and went shooting out in Delle, Utah, a town of about one gas station, a junk yard and an old run down motel that John Wayne Gacey the serial murderer stayed in. This has been our usual shooting spot for the past couple of years now. As usual we stopped at All-a-Dollar before we went out and bought all kinds of aerosol products like shaving cream, carpet cleaner and silly string, we also took my old 17" computer monitor that died on me awhile back.

I took my DV camera so I could waist the last couple of minutes of a tape I'd had lying around for a few months now and what began as just an excuse to waist a little tape, ended up as a project that took us all day long.

After we went shooting we decided to play with iMovie and turn our little clips of stuff blowing up into a move. The culmination of about 4 hours of learning iMovie and editing our video lies in the link below. I had to lower the quality a lot for the web (the original is DVD quality) but it still looks pretty good. Enjoy!
